Canceling an Order

To cancel an order, please contact us by email (at service@babysupermall.com) or by phone at 888-276-6654 (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm Central Time).
Please note that we process and ship orders very quickly. Orders placed before noon Central Time on a regular business day will normally be processed and shipped on that day. Most other orders will be processed and shipped the next business day.
If your order has already left our facility, we cannot cancel your order. If you do not want the merchandise, you will need to return it to us and it will be handled in accordance with our Return Policy.
It is sometimes possible for us to find and cancel your order if it has been processed for shipment but has not yet left our facility. Cancellation requests received after 2PM Central Time on the day that your order is being processed may not be cancellable, because it may be impossible for us to find your package(s) among the hundreds of orders that are being processed each day.
