Return Policy

Accepting Your Return accepts returns when the item is returned within 90 days of receipt and is accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number. We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase. We will refund 100% of the purchase price for the returned resalable items. All returned merchandise must be in the original manufacturer's packaging with the tags and labels intact, including manuals and registration cards.
We will not accept any dirty, washed, or used items, or merchandise that is not otherwise in resalable condition. We cannot accept returns of items that have been assembled or modified. Items returned with missing parts or pieces will not be refunded and will be shipped back to customer at customer’s cost.

Special Order Returns

Drop-ship product (such as furniture, mattresses, etc.) and special order items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Some items (such as fabric or paint) are not returnable and are clearly noted on the product page.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. All paint and paint samples are custom tinted and not returnable. Fabric orders are custom cut and not returnable.

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for any costs incurred shipping the product back to us unless you purchase Return Shipping Protection.
Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable. For any "Free Shipping" items that are returned or exchanged, you will be responsible for our actual cost of shipping the product to you. If your order qualified for Free outgoing shipping and you return the entire order you will be refunded for all resalable merchandise withholding the actual outgoing shipping cost of your order. If you are only returning part of your order that initially qualified for Free Shipping you will be refunded for all resalable merchandise withholding our Flat Rate shipping fee of $5.95 that applies to orders under the Free Shipping threshold.

Canceling or Refusing an Order

Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, there will be a $15.00 refusal fee in addition to our actual incoming and outgoing shipping costs. If your order is returned to us as undeliverable by the carrier due to the incorrect address being provided we will refund you a 100% of the purchase price withholding our actual incoming and outgoing shipping costs.

Before You Return Anything...

To return merchandise, you must request a Return Authorization (RA) Number. RA's expire 21 days after issue.
You will need the following information:
  1. order number, Product model number and description, Date product was ordered, and Reason for return.
  2. Your name and e-mail address (or postal address).
Include your RA number as part of our address on your package (as shown below). Packages returned to us without previously requested RA will delay us processing your return and refunding your order.

Damaged Item

We take great care in the packaging of our items, but in the event that you receive a damaged item please send us an e-mail at with an image of the damaged part and we will make every effort to send you the necessary replacements as quickly as possible.
