KidCo's premiere Center Gateway is a TOP RATED pressure mounted gate that installs quickly without tools or hardware, leaving no holes to damage walls or woodwork. The U-shaped frame remains firmly installed while the center walk-through door opens in either direction.

The basic Center Gateway fits openings 29" to 37" wide. Optional extension kits can extend the gate to 73.5".

Constructed of tubular steel and 29 ½" tall, it's great for kids and pets, too.

This gate should not be used at the top of the stairs - only hardware-mounted gates should be used for such applications.

Available in White or Black.

For openings 37" to 42.5" wide, purchase one 5.5" extension kit.
For openings 42.5" to 47.5", purchase two 5.5" extension kits.
For openings 47.5" to 49.5", purchase one 12.5" extension kit.
For openings 49.5" to 55", purchase one 12.5" extension kit and one 5.5" extension kit.
For openings 55" to 62", purchase two 12.5" extension kits.
For openings 62" to 68", purchase two 12.5" extension kits and one 5.5" extension kit.
For openings 68" to 73.5", purchase two 12.5" extension kits and two 5.5" extension kits.

Kidco Center Gateways are designed to be installed in a structurally sound opening with surfaces that are strong, rigid, and smooth. For mounting against stair posts, or even hollow drywall, Kidco recommends using a Gate Installation Kit (one Kit per side for most applications).
For installation against brick, please consult a professional.

Kidco Y Spindle for stairway balusters

Y Spindles are for mounting to a round staircase baluster, usually at the bottom of the stairs. No more than two spindles may be used per gate and both must be used on the same side. Each package contains one Y Spindle.
