Kidco Electrical Outlet Covers help protect children from dangerous exposed electrical outlets. These Kidco electrical outlet covers replace your current outlet wall plate.
The Universal outlet cover works for both single (standard) and double (decora) screw outlets. Each cover has 3 screw holes, 1 in the center and 1 each at the top and bottom. Included with the outlet cover are 2 screws and 2 screw hole covers to decoratively cover unused screw holes.
When you need to use the outlet, insert the tips of the plug prongs into the Outlet Cover slots and gently slide the cover to the side to expose the outlet. Then press the plug all the way in. When the plug is removed, the cover automatically springs shut to cover the outlet holes.
Not for use with ungrounded two prong outlets or Ground Fault Interrupter (GFI) outlets.
