Some delays will be encountered for the following types of orders:
- Shipments to Canada leave our facility every Tuesday and Friday via UPS.
- Orders shipping via U.S. Post Office will ship within 1-2 business days. These include many international orders and orders shipping to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that the U.S. Post Office is unable to handle very large packages, such as furniture, so we will be unable to accept orders for such items for shipment to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
If any delays are encountered other than the aforementioned you will be contacted via telephone or email.
