The First Years Hands-Free Gate

Rarely does a mom or dad make it through a day without thinking they could use an extra set of hands. So The First Years designed the next best thing - a safety gate that doesn't require any hands at all. But perhaps the finest part is that while it's simple for an adult to just press on the pedal and walk through, it's too difficult for a baby.

The gate swings open in both directions. Easy pressure-mounted installation with no hardware required. The Hands-Free Gate fits openings from 29" to 34", and can be extended to 44" with the use of optional extensions.

This gate is not for use at top of stairs - hardware-mounted gates are required for this application.
